For those of you who love the Daddy-Daughter Dances, this is your night. For those who requested a special dance for child-adult duos – like mothers, sons, favorite uncles, or aunts – this is your night too. All families come in different shapes and sizes. This is a night for kids to bring the adult who is Near & Dear to them, socialize for an evening of fun, and dance the night away!

We are approaching local businesses, clubs, and institutions for support and sponsorship for our Annual Near and Dear Dance. This is an event held here at the Y where no one is turned away due to inability to pay. We pride ourselves in being a safe place for kids and families. We want everyone to feel welcome and always do the absolute best to help in any way that we can. Programs and events in a young child’s life can benefit in so many ways. The YMCA’s Near and Dear Dance provides a safe space for children and their families to enjoy a night out making memories that will last a lifetime!  Here at the Y we want to make as many programs, sports and events available to everyone. We cannot do it without the help of our community!
