The Neuro Fitness Foundation (NFF) is an adaptive fitness center that has been serving the needs of individuals living with neurological impairments for over 27 years. We are the only adaptive fitness gym specifically focused on serving individuals living with neurological impairments in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.

NFF's mission is to maintain a facility that promotes the strengthening of the mind and body through exercise and education for the neurologically impaired individual and others who can benefit from using our specialized equipment.

We are having a Neuro Bowling Charity event on Saturday, September 20, 2025. Providers who support individuals with neurological conditions or disabilities and the community are coming together to support NFF and to have a friendly bowling competition.
