Dear Community Partner,

On Friday, January 24, 2020, our New Haven School Community Club will be hosting an All You Can Eat Tri-Tip & Crab Feed at the Manteca Senior Center in Manteca. This is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together as well as benefit the children of our school.

The goal of the Community Club is to join parents and teachers together in the education of our children.  We arrange activities, special events, supplement academic programs and we purchase needed teaching equipment the teachers need to be successful.  For example, so far we have purchased 20 ELMO projectors each costing $400.00.  We need to purchase 10 more and all the classrooms will have a new projector.

New Haven’s Crab Feed attracts several hundred attendees each year, so an event of this magnitude also requires donations from companies, private parties and organizations which will allow us to continue to hold this event.  We’re asking for a donation(s) from your business to help supply items for the raffle and auction at our event.  Merchandise and/or cash donations would be greatly appreciated. All of our sponsors will receive recognition on our “Sponsor Wall’ at the event as well as with the announcement of the prize. 

New Haven Community Club’s ability to continue to operate is due in large part of the generous support of our grandparent and parent volunteers’, but also from individual donors who believe in our mission.  Your support and consideration of this request is greatly appreciated!
