Dear Community Partner,

I am writing on behalf of the New Haven Community Club to request a donation in support of our upcoming All You Can Eat Tri-Tip & Crab Feed scheduled for Friday, January 21, 2022.  At this event, typically attended by more than 300 community members, we auction off gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours.  Sponsors will receive recognition on our “Sponsor Wall’ at the event as well as with the announcement of the prize.  Merchandise and/or cash donations would be greatly appreciated.

New Haven Community Club, a 501c3 non-profit organization, is dedicated to enhancing the educational experience for the entire New Haven Elementary School community, including students, teachers, staff and their families.  Proceeds from our All You Can Eat Tri-Tip & Crab Feed fundraiser are put to good use in so many ways, such as funding much needed upgrades to our school, student field trips, fun and educational assemblies, playground equipment and school team sport jerseys.  Our list is endless. 

New Haven Community Club’s ability to continue to operate is due in large part of the unwavering support of our parent volunteers, but the huge success of this fundraiser is credited in large part to the generous support of our sponsors.  Your support and consideration of this request is greatly appreciated!
