We would like to tell you about our ambitious goals and how you can get involved.  With the success of this event, we will be able to move to the next stage of serving our community, considered both underserved and high risk.  We hope to implement upgrades to our venues including purchasing microphones for our musicals and outdoor shows, new lighting, upgrading our tech booths, adding new carpet to our 115 stage, and building a new stage at our Stage 221 venue.  We ask for your support and hope you will consider donating goods, services, travel experiences, and more for our Gala’s Silent Auction.  

Over these past ten years, we have worked diligently as an all-volunteer staff with modest production stipends.  Our sustainable growth allowed us to proudly hire our first full-time Executive Director.  With continued growth and support, we hope to hire a part-time box office manager, which would keep our momentum going.  Additionally, we hope to offer our artists more substantial stipends. Three Brothers Theatre has become a staple in the Downtown Waukegan entertainment district due to the fantastic community and their support through ticket sales  and fundraising events.  Our theatre is full of love, passion, creativity, and positivity. It was started through the pure will of the founders and ensemble members and persists because of our dedicated staff, volunteers, and our outstanding board of directors.
