The Annual New York Edge Holiday Party is an HR initiative intended to promote employee retention by recognizing employees who demonstrate company values year over year. New York Edge will celebrate the holidays and commemorate work anniversaries of employees who have completed 5, 10, 15 & 20 years at the organization. New York Edge employees are youth development professionals and educators who put over 27,000 students on a track to self-discovery and academic success in over 125 NYC schools. This year we are seeking donations for our employee gift bags as well as our raffles. We seek items that will help our employees feel appreciated, valued and pampered for all of the amazing work that they do uplifting New York City's youth.
