Dear Donation Match,

On behalf of the faculty and students at Newark Charter School, I am writing to ask for your help with our 15th annual Fundraising Auction to be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Newark Charter Jr./Sr. High School. 

Newark Charter School was established by parents and teachers in September 2001 to provide an educational alternative within the public school system. Our mission is to provide a rigorous academic curriculum that promotes high levels of student effort and achievement while fostering self-esteem in grades K-12.

Over 400 people attended last year’s auction, which earned a net profit of $77,000 for the school!  With the funding, Newark Charter School financed instructional materials, classroom equipment, playground equipment and electronic devices for all three buildings on our two campuses. Funds generated at the 2018 auction will immediately benefit all 2,386 Newark Charter School students in grades Kindergarten through 12th grade.
