PURPOSE
The purpose of this fundraiser is to benefit the National
Honor Society as a whole, to support community events,
the scholarship given at the end of the year, and the local
school food pantry.

HOW IT WORKS

People purchase numbered bidding paddles and take a seat at a table. On the stage, the
prizes are displayed in front of a wheel with corresponding numbers.
We describe the business, prize, and value to the bidders. We ask for a certain number of
quarters to be placed in a container on the table by each person who wishes to bid on that
item.
The wheel is then spun. If the person whose paddle number is called placed a bid, they win
the prize. If they did not place a bid, the wheel is spun again until the number of someone
who did bid is called.
There will be a refreshment stand as well as vendors set up for people to shop.

GOAL

A Quarter Auction is not only a fundraiser, but also a way
to bring the community together for a fun evening of
prizes, food, and vendors run by our students.
ADVERTISING
With your donation, your business will be well
represented in all of our advertising - flyers, newspaper
articles, our website, and of course at the auction!
We want to promote your business! At the auction we
will have a full description of your business and
donation announced to our bidders.
