Each spring, Archway Veritas and Veritas Preparatory Academy hold an annual “Night at the Auction” as our largest fundraising event of the year. Our 2021 Night at the Auction will be held on the evening of April 9, 2021, at the Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch. Over eight hundred families from our schools as well as supporters from our local community are invited to attend this event.

 Archway Veritas, and its sister school, Veritas Prep, are Great Hearts Academies, which is a non-profit network of public schools dedicated to improving education in Arizona and Texas through a network of excelling K-12 preparatory academies. A Great Hearts education transforms students into leaders prepared for the 21st century, by teaching the skills necessary for success: the ability to innovate through creativity, the ability to communicate clearly, the ability to apply critical thought through analysis and questioning the world around us, and through building virtue and character in order to demonstrate ethical judgment and integrity.

 We ask you to participate in this event with us by donating items or services to our auction.  In the past, our generous patrons have donated weekend stays at local resorts, vacation homes throughout the US and beyond, incredible experiences such as; hot air balloon rides, horseback riding, jeep tours, sky diving, etc., amazing dinners and brunches for groups of 6 or more and fine liquors and wines.  In this way, our partners are able to highlight their business within our community, while at the same time demonstrating their commitment to the important work of education. 

 Funds raised at the event are used to enhance the educational and extra-curricular experience at Archway Veritas and Veritas Prep. In the past, our auction funds have renovated the school library, remodeled a weight room, purchased a scoreboard for our sports field, purchased computers, and allowed us to install audio and video equipment in our Lund Center for the Performing Arts.
