The PTA of Independent Elementary School will be holding our 3rd annual fundraising dinner and auction.  The evening includes dinner, music, live and silent auction items, and collaborative student art pieces from each of our 5th and 6th grade classes for bid.  We would appreciate your consideration for a donation that we may use for our live or silent auction.  Last year we had over 175 attendees and expect a greater turnout this year.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Independent Elementary PTA general fund, which are used to support the mission of working toward the future well-being of students and their families, through educational opportunities and STEM learning.  Most recently, with the proceeds from our first two events, the PTA was able to fund a mobile iPad cart with 30 iPads!

The PTA provides many services and activities for our teachers, students and the families throughout the year promoting community, health, reading, and education.  The PTA has hosted a back-to-school picnic and community Halloween Party, as well as providing funding for all students to attend an educational performance at the Alberta Bair Theater.  The PTA also provides many volunteer hours supporting vision and hearing screenings, morning drop-off assistance, classroom hel, and much more.

We cannot accomplish goals like this without the wonderful support of our community.  If you would be willing to partner with us, we would truly be grateful for it.  In exchange for a donation, we happily mention donors on our event website as well as in printed materials at our event.  Thank you for your consideration.
