A local public school, IPS Butler Lab School 55, needs your support! Boltdog Boosters, the parent-teacher organization for our school, is hosting our annual silent auction fundraiser and gala on February 23, 2024, and we invite you and your business to be a part of it. Proceeds from our auction will provide extracurricular activities and music and art materials for more than 400 students in grades PreK-8, as well as support for school-wide events and faculty appreciation efforts.

Do you have a product, service, or experience that appeals to children, families, or adults? We’d love to feature it in our auction to increase brand awareness for you and fundraising potential for us. Or perhaps you would prefer to sponsor the event by providing food or drink for the gala itself. We welcome your involvement! Donations should be submitted by January 26, 2024.

Popular auction items include items such as—but are not limited to—the following:

Dining gift certificates
Event tickets (sports, music, plays, movies, etc.)
Outdoor recreation items (camping gear, backyard games, grill/grillware, coolers, etc.)
Salon or spa gift certificates
Household items (kitchenware, furnishings, decor, electronics)
Family-oriented products or services (photography sessions, amusement park admission, board games, DVDs, etc.)

Fashion (apparel and accessories for men, women, or children)
Gourmet/specialty food and beverage items
Gym/health club memberships

Donations may be dropped off at IPS Butler Lab 55, 1349 E 54th St, Indianapolis, during school hours; or you can provide pickup instructions on your donation form.
