We’ve got “all hands on deck” as we prepare for the PTO’s largest fundraising initiative of the year, our annual Night Out Gala, to be held on May 14, 2024 at Willow Creek Mt. Sinai, NY.

Although we have had some success pounding-the-pavement going door-to-door with local businesses, we are in need of more raffle prizes to meet our fundraising goal! We hope you might consider contributing something that we can create into a gift basket for raffle!

Your contribution will receive a lot of exposure to our 250 guests!

All baskets are set up in a large banquet room at Willow Creek for cocktail hour with signage indicating contents of basket and contributor.

• All guests receive literature via email prior to the event detailing specifics of the baskets.

• At dinner, each basket is announced before the lucky winner’s number is called.

• Prizes are “unveiled” in both a mass email and on our website and Facebook page just prior to event.
