I hope this note finds you well!  I am reaching out as a volunteer on behalf of Elizabeth House, a nonprofit that was founded in 1994 to address an unmet community need: shelter and services for pregnant women experiencing homelessness and their vulnerable children.

For the past several years, Elizabeth House has proudly partnered with many businesses and individuals through the Silent and Live Auction segment of our Spring Gala. Our theme this year, "Night Under the Stars", reflects the bold courage of women we serve who have overcome much; and, through this past year they have embodied what it means to thrive together for their families. They have given us much to celebrate!

The generous contributions of businesses and individuals for this Event have helped make the Elizabeth House Gala an overwhelming success. Our goal this year of $125,000 will be accomplished because of people and businesses like you. Achieving this goal will enable Elizabeth House to continue life-changing shelter for current residents and life-long services to over 900 alumni, including their children. The Gala is expected to gather 300+ in-person guests passionate to aid the needs of pregnant women and their children experiencing homelessness.

I am aware that you receive many requests for donations, and are sensitive to your limited capacity for providing donated products or services. However, if you have the capacity we would be deeply grateful if you would consider partnering with Elizabeth House by donating to our silent or live auction. This would not only give your business exposure and showcase your establishment to our guests, but also help raise much-needed funds for the women and children served by Elizabeth House.
