Hazlet Youth Athletic League (“HYAL”) is a 501(c)(3) that was formed in 1957 by a group of families to provide the children of Hazlet with a safe and fun environment to play Baseball. Over time we have added a number of other sports including Baseball, Basketball, Cheer, Football, Softball and Wrestling in the pursuit of helping the children become well rounded adults by learning teamwork, sense of community, discipline and hard work. We are holding our Ninth Annual Beefsteak & Silent Gift Auction to raise funds for the children involved in youth sports in Hazlet, New Jersey on Saturday, January 27, 2018. We are trying to raise much needed funds to help support all the children in our sports programs. To this end, we are soliciting in-kind donations of products, gift certificates and or services to raffle off to raise these much needed funds.

          HYAL has spent a tremendous amount of money rehabbing the entire sports complex and we are still in dire need of many more updates to our facilities, including a press box and lighting. We therefore respectfully request a donation from your establishment for our gift auction in order to raise funds for capital improvements to our facilities. We will be sure to mention all who donate on the night of the event in our program which will be distributed to over 250 people, as well as proudly display your company name with the item you donate.
