Dear Kirkwood Community Friend,

The North Kirkwood Middle School PTO is excited to be hosting its annual in-person Trivia Night/Silent Auction on Saturday, January 20, 2024. 

Our Trivia Night/Silent Auction offers adult community members a fun night out while raising funds for NKMS PTO. The event is hugely popular, with event communication and publicity reaching more than 1,000 community members! 

Funds raised at this event will be used to purchase equipment, provide inclusive learning opportunities, support field trips and author visits, and provide assistance to local families in need.  The funds we raise also contribute to NKMS’ many special success stories.

The Silent Auction is a tax-deductible marketing opportunity for local businesses to offer products, services, gift certificates, and event tickets. Items are auctioned as stand-alone items or as part of themed packages. Any level of support or donation will be publicized on social media, in event signage, and in our event program.

Cash donations are also welcome. Cash donations of $250 or more will be recognized as a Trivia Sponsor.  Sponsors’ names are on every table and each receipt and are recognized throughout the evening. Sponsorship levels and benefit information is available upon request. If our event must change formats due to Covid concerns, we will still provide your business with recognition and publicity.
