I am contacting you/your company regarding your interest in supporting a key upcoming event at Northgate High School.  The class of 2024 scholars will be graduating in May and starting the next phase of their lives.

On May 30, 2024, the Northgate Parent Faculty Club is proud to sponsor its Annual Graduation Night Celebration, an event to celebrate the achievements of the Northgate Graduating Class of 2024.  Nearly 220 seniors will attend Grad Night which will feature dancing, games, and prize raffles.  Parents and community volunteers are hard at work making plans for decorations, entertainment, food, and prizes, so these graduates will have a safe celebration the day after their commencement ceremony.

The evening is funded through ticket sales to the students and through donations provided by the community, area businesses, and Northgate parents.  This ensures that regardless of a student’s economic circumstances they can attend grad night, as a scholarship fund is available to allow access for the whole graduating class.  None of this would be possible without support from the community.

As a well-respected member of the community serving the needs of Walnut Creek/Northgate’s community, I invite you to participate with us in this event by joining other local area businesses in supporting this significant celebration.  

Your generous donation will be acknowledged by signage on the PFC Website and advertisement at Grad Night 2024.

As we are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, your donation is tax-deductible, and a receipt and acknowledgment letter will be sent to you promptly after your contribution.
