I am writing on behalf of the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) to request a donation for our Raffle. At this event, typically attended by community members, we raffle off gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours. The event proceeds will help pay for a variety of school events hosted by PTA, which allow for the enrichment of our students.

We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make. Should you make a donation for the raffle, your business will be recognized on auction displays at the event and we will also let our parents and staff know via email, Facebook, and word of mouth of your donation.
