Dear Community Business Partner:

I am writing to you on behalf of Northmont Elementary School PTA. The PTA is currently planning our biggest fundraising event of the year- a Fall Carnival that incorporates a Tricky Tray Raffle, food sales, vendors, rides and games. This carnival will take place on Saturday, October 26, 2024, from 1pm until 5pm. Previous carnivals have always been very popular, and we expect in excess of 2,000 people to attend this year.

Money raised from the Tricky Tray Raffle will be used by the PTA to provide funding for assemblies, field trips and after-school programs - all things that have been cut due to the current budget crisis. Our goal is to raise $6,000 during this Carnival, with more than half coming from our Tricky Tray Raffle proceeds alone.

We are asking you, our community partner, to help us raise these much needed funds by donating a suitable prize for our Tricky Tray Raffle. Prizes can consist of goods, gift certificates for services, admission vouchers, or any combination that works for your business. Your contribution is tax deductible under section 501c(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our IRS identification number is 95-6208066 and our State number is 9796942.

In appreciation of your donation, the PTA will add your business logo to our sponsorship website page and a link or “like” to your Facebook page.
