The Auxiliary to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bloomington is a non-profit group with a mission to help foster a safe and
positive environment for the local youth at three Boys & Girls Clubs in Monroe County, Indiana. The Auxiliary has been quietly working behind-the-scenes for 50 years to make a difference in the lives of Bloomington’s youth. Through a large, annual financial contribution and involvement with several other events and activities, the Auxiliary has a noticeable impact on the over 600 kids that attend the clubs each day after school and on school break days and during the summer.  Equally as compelling is the commitment and drive of each Auxiliary member that keeps pushing this non-profit group forward with a common mission. Volunteering their time and resources, members of the Auxiliary put on special programs for club members, provide weekly meals at the Steve and Connie Ferguson Crestmont Club, and coordinate various other holiday events and activities for the children each year. Proudly, the Auxiliary remains the largest single-entity donor to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bloomington.

Every year, we host two major fundraisers. This year's Mardi Gras themed Annual Silent Auction and Gala will be on
February 2nd at the Monroe County Convention Center and will feature dueling pianos for entertainment with expected attendance of 250-300. Our goal is to raise $50,000. We are looking for sponsorships to support the costs of entertainment and venue as well as silent auction items. 

Multiple levels of sponsorship are available. Based on the value of the contribution we are able to offer a mix of the following forms of recognition:

• Social media acknowledgement during event promotion on the Auxiliary's Facebook page and emails
• Company logo on your sponsored table at the event
• Prime front row table of 8 at the event
• Verbal recognition during the event
• Large company banner linked to company website on the event website
• Plaque recognizing the company sponsorship of the event to display at your business
