On Saturday, March 19, 2022, SDFAS will host its annual fundraising Gala, Nuit Magique, (Magical Night) which is our theme this year. To assist us in reaching our goal, we humbly invite the community at large to contribute by providing a donation for goods or services for our auction.  

Donating an item to our 2022 Gala auction will elevate your visibility within San Diego’s international community. We are proud to have many returning supporters who are very satisfied with the business and referrals that supporting our gala has brought them from within our community. 

SDFAS is a non-profit, independent school that enrolls over 350 students representing at least 45 nationalities from pre-kindergarten through 8th grade.  

When the COVID-19 pandemic arrived in San Diego, our school was one of the very few schools in San Diego County and, indeed, nationally that managed to sustain safe, full-time, in-person learning for the entire 2020-2021 academic year, and ever since. This achievement is in no small part due to the support of our outstanding teachers, parents and community - including yourselves - who rallied to make the impossible possible.  

Now as we step forward into a post-pandemic world, we are actively looking ahead and have many ambitious plans for both facility and curriculum expansion. 2021-2022 saw the introduction of Spanish lessons for all children, from Preschool through Middle School - making  SDFAS a truly multilingual school! This is just one example of the many ways in which we are continuing to evolve and improve our student and community experience.
