The evening includes a 4 course beefsteak dinner, beer, wine, soda & water followed by a Tricky Tray.  The Tricky Tray includes three levels of raffles and approxiamately 250 raffle prizes.  This is our major fundraiser.

The funds raised are used to support our local and international community service projects.  These projects include but are not limited to providing dictionaries to each third grade student in our town, providing scholarships to graduating high school seniors, sponsoring a senior citizen luncheon and a dinner reception for all new teachers each year, supporting our local food pantry, and sponsoring youth sports teams.  We are a major supporter of Rotary International's global initiative to eradicate Polio and support clean water projects and education globally. 

We do all this through the support and donations from businesses and organizations like yours.
