My name is Alexis and I am a parent of children at Oak Hill Elementary School in SW Austin. We have our school carnival and auction approaching and are asking for local businesses to make a donation to our auction. Outings around Austin are a big hit at our auction, often earning more than the value of the gift certificate. We are hoping that you will be able to donate a tickets or a gift certificate for our fundraising efforts.

As a bit of background, OHE Carnival and Auction is our school's flagship fundraising event and it falls on March 24th, 2023. Monies raised go towards providing enrichment activities, classroom tools and other experiences otherwise not possible for our students. Funds raised by the PTA have facilitated various purchases of technology, programs and supplies for our students and staff during the school year. Our school serves a diverse community, with over 40% of students who are economically disadvantaged. That makes community support all the more valuable to us as we strive to uphold high standards in education. 

Your support will not only enrich OHE, but will also provide your business with exposure to more than 600 families. It’s a generous act and a great advertising opportunity for you and your business!
