The Purpose of Recovery is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) grassroots, peer-led recovery community in Orange County, CA. We connect with local, state and national recovery communities to support long term recovery. We connect individuals with substance use disorder, their parents, partners and friends with peers who understand the unique challenges they face. 

Our community continues to face new challenges that were created from the isolation of social distancing, and now even more people are impacted by the aftermath. The Purpose of Recovery assists individuals, families, friends and children who suffer from substance use disorders.  Our goal and purpose is to connect them with resources available to help them achieve long term recovery, and peace.

On September 23, 2023 we are hosting our 3rd Annual OC Recovery Connection Rally here in Orange County to bring awareness to the community of the vast resources available to support individuals in their effort to achieve recovery. The rally will be inclusive of many local non-profit substance support organizations, as well as city and state resources, services, and information. We are expecting approximately 400  members from the community to attend this free event and it is being organized entirely by volunteers from recovery partners throughout Orange County. We are reaching out to ask if you can make a monetary or in-kind donation to help members of our community find purpose in recovery. Any of these items would be greatly appreciated and useful in helping us connect others to our community of healing.
