Ocean Commotion is the Virginia Aquarium's largest fundraiser, and our online auction allows our annual event to reach a vastly broader audience, with supporters participaing from Pennsylvania to Wisconsin to California.  The two week virtual online auction will help raise funds to help us continue to care for thousands of animals, provide educational offerings to visitors, offer outreach programs to local schools, conduct research and conservation activities, and operate our nationally recognized Stranding Response Team.  

With the help of our sponsors, organizations providng in-kind gifts, and our supporters, we can accomplish our mission to inspire marine conservation and advance our conservation efforts throughout our community from a local to global level.
