Ocee Elementary Foundation (OEF), the Parent Teacher Organization of Ocee Elementary School in Johns Creek, GA, will be holding our annual Silent Auction and Basket Raffle Fundraising Event on March 22, 2024. This is one of our largest family events of the year with well over 700 people participating.  We are asking that you consider making a tax-deductible donation of any goods or services you have available that we may include in the silent auction and basket raffle fundraising event. We are a 501(c)3 organization, and our EIN number is 82-3154200. With your help, we are hoping to make this our most successful fundraising event ever.

100% of the proceeds raised through the Silent Auction and Basket Raffle Fundraising Event will go directly to support OEF funded programs to enrich the educational experiences of Ocee Elementary school students. Examples of OEF funded programs and projects include:

-          Academic Enrichment (Science X, Through My Eyes, Cultural Arts programs);

-          Family Events (Family Fun Nights, Giving Tree, Carnival, Basket Raffle);

-          Student Activities (Red Ribbon Week, Exceptional Children’s Week, 5th Grade Farewell);

-          Staff Appreciation Lunches and Staff Appreciation Month;

-          School Beautification and Safety Measures (new signage, desk shields for teacher tables, hand sanitizing stations);

-          Bus Driver Appreciation Event;

-          School Garden;

-          Recycling; and

-          Classroom supplies.
