501c3 Nonprofit organization. We distribute food, clothes, tutoring, youth mentorship, computer lab resources, senior and veteran services, and outreach referrals resources every month with the help of our community partners. We are requesting sponsorship, monetary donations, or in-kind donations for our “Oh! The places You'll Go” C/O 2024 graduating senior scholarship project for our Hampton Roads high school seniors. This event will award twenty-five graduating seniors with a minimum of $500 scholarships, gift cards, dorm essentials, awards, food, and each participant will be appointed a mentor to assist them and encourage them through their next chapter of life. Each participant was asked to write an essay about their plans after high school, why giving back to their community is important to them, and how their education experience could have been better. RESET INC required current GPAs of at least 2.5 or greater. We need food, beverages, gift cards, decorations, monetary donations for scholarships, and volunteers. All donations are needed no later than 6/5/2024. We anticipate an audience of one hundred guests and twenty-five scholarship recipients. Our current partners who have committed to supporting this project are Utz, Herrs, Sams Club, Target, Agape Care, and Costco.
