Angel Flight East (AFE) brings together private pilots and leading medical facilities to connect children and adults needing life-changing medical care by providing free air transportation to those who need to travel long distances from home for treatment.

2018 marks AFE’s 25^th Anniversary.  We will celebrate this and thank our pilots at the On Angels’ Wings Gala, to be held on Saturday, April 28, 2018.  However, even with our generous pilots, there is considerable coordination required to match pilots with these patients and donations help us fund these efforts.  In 2017, AFE coordinated over 800 flights, helping 150 families get the care they needed.

For the first time ever, the gala will happen at a venue which is not ordinarily open to the public – Wings Field in Blue Bell, Montgomery County, which will be spectacularly decorated for the event.  Bill Henley, of NBC10, will be the celebrity emcee
