Thank you for considering a donation to the HPUMC Day School Carnival which will be held on Friday, April 12, 2024. This event provides the opportunity to promote your business to more than 200 families in the Park Cities and surrounding Dallas neighborhoods.

The 2024 Carnival, “Once Upon A Time At HPUMC,” organized by the HPUMC Parents’ Association, is an exciting event for the families of infant and pre-school age children. Not only is Carnival a community favorite event, but it also raises critical funds to ensure our children have the best environment to learn and grow. More specifically, the proceeds of our Silent Auction, are gifted back to the school to support classroom resources, furniture upgrades, campus improvements, technology and security needs, teacher appreciation activities as well as curriculum enhancements.

 To donate to the Silent Auction, please complete the attached Solicitation Agreement or online donation form. In addition to donating to the Silent Auction, there are many sponsorship opportunities available to present your company logo and information.
