Thank you for considering the support of our 2023 Beluga Ball. Our 2022 event will be held on March 18, 2023. 

The Beluga Ball is our largest fundraiser of the year for the Parent Council of Charyl Stockwell Academy District. The Ball consists of a large silent auction, various raffles, and a live auction. The funds raised are used to assist with educational enhancements (science lab equipment, learning centers, math manipulatives, educational software and more), books for our libraries, playground equipment, music and performing arts programs, art supplies, computers and so much more.  Without the option to request a school milage, we rely solely on fundraising for additional support of our educational goals. 

I ask that you consider providing a donation to our silent auction portion of our fundraiser. We would be very grateful if you would be willing to donate a gift certificate, discount coupon or some other gift appropriate for our silent auction. 

Your donation will bring us closer to our goal of raising supplemental funds to support our school district. We are a K-12 public charter school with over 1,000 students from Livingston, Oakland, Washtenaw, Genesee, Shiawassee, and Ingham counties in Southeast Michigan.

Your donation will be publicly acknowledged through our donor directory which is broadly distributed to all the families in our school and to all participants in our auction. The list is further distributed on our parent portal website so that parents can view the companies that have supported our school. In addition, in the description of your donation on our auction software ClickBid, we include a link to your website so that bidders can learn more about you.
