I am writing to you on behalf of the Concord Elementary Home and School Association. We are hosting our ANNUAL AUCTION during the week of March 21-27, 2022. It will be held on our virtual platform again this year. We are seeking sponsorships and donations to help make our event a success. For the past two years, our online auctions each reached over 200 registered participants as well as countless other viewers. In addition to recognition on the auction platform, many sponsorship levels will get your business highlighted on our social media platform which currently has over 500 followers.
The annual auction is our largest fundraiser of the year. The mission of the Home and School Association is to facilitate opportunities that enrich the learning environment of our children through fundraising activities and general support of faculty, staff, and administration. The HSA complements and assists to coordinate the direction and goals of the school. We strive to realize our school’s vision, "a community of students, families and staff dedicated to supporting our students to reach their social, emotional and academic potential in a safe, caring and inclusive learning environment." Proceeds of past auctions have been used to purchase iPads for the classrooms, playground equipment, fund school assemblies and visiting authors, support grade-level projects, fund library renovations and much, much more!!
We are providing two options for you to support the ongoing activities of our school while promoting your organization and your good will to the community:
• Donate a signature item, tickets or a gift card/certificate. You will be recognized on the auction website.
• Sponsor the Home & School Association Annual Auction. This offers you an opportunity to showcase your support of the school community and receive public recognition on social media AND on the auction platform — reaching our 200+ participants, more than 750 school families, and countless other community members.
