Dear Community Member/Friend of Bridge, 

Friends of Bridge is an all-volunteer not-for-profit organization which raises funds for Bridge School. Our Mission is to raise funds that support programs at Bridge School which help to enrich our children's education and make Bridge a vibrant community.

We are writing in hopes of partnering with you for our 3rd Annual Silent Auction scheduled for May 20th- May 24th, 2024. We are hoping to attract about 500+ community members as we will auction off gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by organizations like yours. The event proceeds will help fund much needed upgrades to our auditorium like new curtains, a fresh paint job, updated sound and lighting system. Our auditorium serves as the heart of our school, hosting a wide array of events such as Award Ceremonies, School Plays, Assemblies, Talent Shows, Poetry Slams, and much more. Your generous contribution will not only enhance our facilities but also enrich the experiences of all our students who utilize this space.

We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make. Should you choose to partner with us, your business/organization will be recognized on auction displays at the event as well as in the school newsletter that is sent out to over one thousand families at Bridge.
