Dear Community Merchant,

The Beverly Elementary PTA is currently organizing its online Auction scheduled for February 2020.  With your help, it will be our biggest fundraising event of the year. All proceeds will be directed towards programs and learning materials that serve to enrich the lives of our 600 students – both in and out of the classroom.  Of course, we do more than provide entertaining programs to our students. The PTA also provides materials for the classrooms, library, physical education, music and art departments.

You can assist by donating goods and/or services to be auctioned off during our online auction February 19-29, 2020.  An item or service representing your business would be greatly appreciated. Donations valued at $300 or more will result in display of your business name and/or logo on the homepage of the Auction site.  All donations to the Beverly Elementary PTA are tax deductible, as we are a 501(c)(3) organization Tax ID #52-2100566.

Over 500 families and friends at Beverly Elementary will have the opportunity to bid on the many wonderful items donated from our local merchants.
