Your donation makes it possible to protect open space and conserve healthy forests, meadows and wildlife corridors. Your help also supports our local  farms and ranches, our growing trails network, youth and family nature programming. These are important assets in our community and enrich our quality of life. As a contributor, you are communicating to your customers, who hold these resources dear to their hearts, that you share the same values. 

This year our Gala will be held at Mountain Bounty Farm at BYLT’s Birchville Preserve on the San Juan Ridge on May 15, 2022. This land is part of BYLT’s Forever Farms Program and is farmed by John Tecklin and his team who are the largest provider of organic produce to Nevada County. This event will be held outside with beautiful farmland views and will include a farm to fork dinner along with entertainment including a live and silent auction, as well as our annual “Fund-A-Need” campaign, proceeds benefiting our youth and family nature programs. Our auctions are important fundraisers for BYLT, generating essential revenue that supports our work to permanently protect land and restore our forests and rivers in Nevada and Yuba Counties.
