Operation Graduate (OG) is a year-long mentoring program to help ensure at-risk students graduate on time. Students and mentors meet monthly at school for Lunch and Learn sessions as well as communicate with their mentors at least four times a month.

Your donations can be used as incentives to encourage our mentees to stay the course and graduate on time. We also award students a graduation gift upon meeting the criteria within the program.

Teens who don't graduate high school are more likely to get involved with criminal and gang activity. This mentoring program was created to help deter our students from the criminal system and direct them to a life of productivity and success!
