ORYDS is a nonprofit providing year round tutoring and a summer school program that focuses on STREAM education with specific focuses in reading and math.  We are doing a 1 mile walk/run for our students, their families, and sponsors who are donating on their behalf as their fund raising teams (and walking team).  This money will be used for our integrated health curriculum which includes biking lessons and a chance to earn a bike (through BikeWalkKC), swimming lessons (through the Providence YMCA), Kids in the Kitchen (through KU's Research and Extension Program), daily physical fitness activities, and social emotional learning groups.  The walk/run is specifically taylored to not only provide a fun obstacle course where people can learn about ORYDS at different stations but we are also giving prizes to the children who raise the most money, have the largest walking team, and finish the walk/run.  We will also have raffle prizes where tickets are purchased as part of the fundraising.

In exchange for your donation we will add your logo with a clickable link to our website, post on social media, and you may also provide a sign for the walk/run path.
