The Engage & Heal Foundation 5th Anniversary Galaaims to gather our community in support of creating a positive, helpful, and open dialogue about mental health and those that are affected by it. Often, the stigma surrounding this topic is a barrier to those seeking support and healing. Our goal for this event is to raise crucial funds to help provide direction and resources to those who feel unheard and disconnected. 1,000+ community members can receive mental health first aid training, education and prevention through workshops
