Whom It May Concern, The Bauer Speck Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a volunteer organization made up of parents, teachers, administrators, and support staff who are all dedicated to the successful education of our children. The Bauer Speck PTO works throughout the school year to organize fundraisers and community activities that not only benefit the teachers and staff but the students as well! We work hard to raise money for field trips, events, classroom enhancements and to help reimburse teachers for supplies they need for their classrooms. At the end of each school year we organize an outdoor movie night for all the staff, students and their families. We have a large inflatable movie screen and everyone relaxes on one of our fields to enjoy an evening of food, movies and fun. Part of our fundraising efforts for this event is a Silent Auction. We are contacting business to see if they are interested in donating an item for our auction. ALL of the funds earned stay with Bauer Speck Elementary School to benefit the staff and students. Last year we were able to raise over $4,000 for our event and had about 300 people in attendance. We depend on the generosity of our community to help make our events successful and we are very grateful for all that they do for us!
