Overbrook School Gala to Go
Gala/Party for St. Cecilia Congregation/ Overbrook SchoolApr 10, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
It is with enthusiasm that I contact you about the Overbook School Dinner & Auction and invite you to participate by donating an item or service to be auctioned.
The online auction will take place April 2-10, 2021, and the live, virtual event will be the evening of April 10, 2021. The theme is “Gala to Go,” and we expect approximately 200 parents and Overbrook friends to join us from their homes to celebrate this annual gathering to support our school.
Proceeds from the event, hosted by our Parents Association, will go toward building improvements, technology enhancements, educational opportunities for teachers and parents, and community-building activities.
How your donation will be promoted:
- Recognition prior to the event including the weekly parent e-newsletter and promotions to drive traffic to the online auction website.
- Promotion of your item through the auction website with a link to your website.
- Recognition in the program distributed to each patron.
We are happy to arrange pick up or provide any additional information you may need.
