Description

Paint the Town is the annual fundraising event for CREATE Arts Center, a nonprofit arts organization founded in 1986 in Montgomery County, Maryland.

Paint the Town brings together members of our community for a night of frieds, food, fun, dancing, and fundraising. Creative dress is encouraged!

Funds raised during Paint the Town support our free and reduced-cost art therapy and art education programs, including our signature smARTkids program – a free afterschool therapeutic arts program that helps level the playing field for local elementary school students from low-income households.

Donor to our silent auction and raffle receive recognition on the gala website, through our social media posts and email blasts to our 4000+ person list, and on the printed program and signage at the event.

Our goal is to raise $10,000 at our event. We are a small nonprofit with an outsized presence and impact in the DC metro area, serving over 2,000 people each year through our programms.
