Stand 4 Sisterhood is excited to present #PamperCize2020: Health & Wellness Expo for the 4th year: Sat Feb 1, 2020.
PamperCize2020 is a FREE community event designed to provide awareness and prevention power against the top 4 diseases that are currently epidemics in our society: heart disease, diabetes, cancer and obesity.
Get-Fit sessions, wellness screenings, chair massages, healthy food demos, cardio challenges, 30+ vendors, raffles and door prizes will be available to attendees.
#PamperCize2020 is powered by Stand 4 Sisterhood - a 501c3 nonprofit organization committed to eliminate barriers and champion for solutions that increase sustainable lifestyles for girls and women globally via mentoring, take-action initiatives and prevention intervention.
