More than 40 award-winning local, national and internationally acclaimed artists donate works for a gala fundraiser supporting the Municipal Gallery, March 28, 2020 from 5:30 to 9:00pm.

 "Panache Invitational" Art Auction on March 28th, 2020 is a highly collectible, always delectable evening of silent and live art auctions, food, and wine.  More than 40 award winning artists have donated art work for the auction.  A preview of the art work in the auction will take place from March 13 - March 21st, 2020.   Highlighting the auction will be an original artwork by the late, internationally acclaimed artist Niki de Saint Phalle.  Artwork by award winning local and regional artists will be auctioned off during the annual fund-raising gala for the Escondido Arts Partnership (EAP) and Escondido Municipal Gallery.  Auctioneer Eric Lehew will lead the live auction event which is a lively and fast paced auction.  Internationally acclaimed Niki de Saint Phalle's Queen Califia's Magical Circle Garden is in Kit Carson Park in Escondido.  Information about the park, which is the only Niki park located in North America, can be found inside the Municipal Gallery and at www.queencalifia.org/.

The Municipal Gallery promotes the art and culture of our region and represents over 400 local and regional artists.   Panache is the most important event on EAP's busy calendar of exhibits, educational programs and special activities benefiting San Diego county residents and visitors.  Proceeds from this event fund programs throughout the year including the High School Student Art Show, Art & Science, Fiber Arts, and Book Arts exhibitions as well as the Recycled Materials Runway Event, and Art Connection which provides free art lectures and hands on workshops to the public.
