Par for the Cause is a benefit for the Winston Prouty Center for Child and Family Development of Brattleboro, Vermont. The June 24th event includes a disc-golf course that is decorated with a theme and designed to be family-friendly. Other engaging activities are set up to create fun-filled afternoon for families with young children, including an obstacle course, imagination stations, storybook walk, music performances, open-ended art projects, giant bubbles and more.

The fundraiser also includes a multi-day raffle leading up to the event. Each day in June we will award prizes to raffle ticket holders including local products, gift cards for services and tickets to fun experiences.

Businesses that sponsor our fundraiser receive a color ad in the event program and depending on the level, exclusive signage at locations throughout the event. Businesses that donate raffle prizes are listed in the event program and on our website, email newsletter listing & social media pages (both with over 900 subscribers.)

Funds raised at Par for the Cause support our mission to provide inclusive education and family support to promote the success of children and families. Our organization serves over 600 families every year through the following programs: Early Learning Center; Children’s Integrated Services, which includes Early Intervention, Early Childhood Family Mental Health, Nursing and Specialized Child Care; Family Supportive Housing; Supervised Visitation; Child Care Referral; Child Care Financial Assistance; Early Learning Express Bookmobile; and the Child and Adult Care Food Program.
