Thank you for considering a contribution to the Navajo Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization’s (PTO) Second Annual Parent’s Night Out Auction on March 29, 2025. This exciting event will bring our community together for an evening of food, beverages, and a lively silent auction—all in support of our students and teachers.

 

Navajo Elementary School is proud to be a Title 1 school and one of the few STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) certified schools in Arizona. In 2021, we achieved national STEM accreditation through Cognia, a testament to our commitment to innovation and excellence in education.

 

The mission of the PTO is to promote STEAM-focused activities and community initiatives that enrich our students academically and socially, empowering them to value themselves and one another. With the help of donations like yours, we are able to:

 

•  Reimburse teacher expenses to enhance classroom learning.

•  Sponsor positive reinforcement behavioral programs.

•  Host engaging community events.

•  Support students in need with essential resources.

•  Care for outdoor gardens and our beloved tortoise enclosure.

•  Celebrate our incredible teachers with appreciation initiatives.

 

Levels of Sponsorship Opportunities

We invite you to support our event in one of the following ways:

1. Venue Sponsorship: Cover the cost of the event space and receive exclusive recognition at the event.

2. Food & Beverage Sponsorship: Provide or sponsor catering for the evening. Your logo will be prominently displayed.

3. Silent Auction Sponsorship: Donate items or services for the silent auction. Your contributions will be featured.

4. General Donations: Support our mission through a monetary contribution or items for the auction.
