The Webster Groves High School Parents’ Club is a Missouri-based nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation. Our mission is:

• To provide opportunities for parents of Webster Groves High School students to network, exchange ideas, and work together on projects to benefit Webster Groves High School students, staff, and school.

• To build working relationships with Webster Groves High School faculty and offer opportunities each year for staff to apply for grants. 

• To show support to our faculty and staff during back-to-school events, conferences, and teacher appreciation week. 

• To raise funds for scholarships to be awarded each year to selected Webster Groves High School seniors and host the WGHS Senior Graduation Celebration, free of charge to all graduating students.

• To assist in the beautification of Webster Groves High School buildings and grounds.

In previous school years, the WGHS Parent Club has given approximately $15K for Student Scholarships, $15K for Teacher Grants, $2600 for Teacher Support (e.g., providing meals during conferences, stocking the teachers' lounge, giving gift cards, etc.), and $17K for a safe Senior Party. 

We are in the process of planning our spring fundraising event, Parent Prom. The Prom will be held on April 6, 2024 at the Webster Groves Masonic Lodge (12 E Lockwood Ave, St. Louis, MO 63119). All proceeds from this event will support the mission of the Parent Club. Our goal is to raise $10,000.

Parents and community members are invited to come out for a fun night of 80's and 90's music and dancing, reminiscent of their own high school prom. We will have games, raffles, and an auction. Prom-goers are encouraged to hit the local thrift stores to dress as they would have "back in the day". We anticipate ~150 attendees.

Our two most significant needs are sponsorships to help cover the costs of the event (e.g., venue, music, photo booth, food/drink, etc.) and donations of goods, services, or gift cards to be used for prizes and auction items. All donations/sponsorships will be acknowledged in the following ways: listing on event website, social media posts, display or signage at event, looping slideshow at event, & announcement during auction.
