Dear Friends of Kingston Elementary School,

It’s the event everyone is talking about!  We are back and excited to announce that Kingston Elementary PTA will be hosting our 5th Annual Parents Night Out - Designer Bag Bingo on April 29th, 2023!  Over the last four years we have hosted over 1,000 people and expect to draw in record numbers this year!  This event has become the talk of the town -- attracting not just parents and staff, but civic and community residents as well. Of course, this event will feature our fun Designer Bag Bingo, but there is so much more!  We will have incredible raffle baskets, a silent auction, door prizes and much more!

Our fundraising goal for the event is $20,000.  Monies raised from the event will directly benefit Kingston Elementary and residents of the surrounding community.  Funds will be used to create memorable public events that bring the school and community together, as well as financially supporting school and teacher projects.  Some of those events include our increasingly popular Trunk or Treat, Family Fun Night and a Color Run!  We are currently in the planning phase of our interior Sensory Path that will benefit all our students.  Of special note is a new project we’re very excited to be leading and that is expanding the school playground to have inclusive equipment that can be enjoyed by the abilities of ALL our Kingston students.  This project is in the early planning stages and will require a great deal of financial help to achieve.

We have witnessed the impact that the pandemic has made across the globe and in our own community, however, the ongoing needs of our children and school never stopped. We deeply appreciate your past support and hope that we can look forward to partnering with you to make 2023 THE MOST SUCCESSFUL – EVER!

Sponsorship Packages for Ladies Night Out

DIAMOND- $500.00 allows you to sponsor one of our silent auction items.  A sign with your business name and logo will be featured with the auction item and listed/thanked on our social media pages. Facebook page and school email list.

PLATINUM- $300.00 allows you to sponsor one of our raffle baskets.  A tag with your business name and logo will be attached to the basket and listed/thanked on our PTA Facebook page and school email list. 

GOLD- $100.00 allows you to sponsor a round of bingo at the event.  Your business name will be announced as a sponsor before YOUR round of bingo, and you will be listed/thanked on our PTA Facebook page and school email list.

IN KIND DONATIONS: In-kind donations are always welcome, both monetary and items for our baskets/auction. Anything you contribute will be greatly appreciated and your business will be listed/thanked on our PTA Facebook page and school email list.
