Dear Merchant,

On Tuesday, April 11th 2024, the Vanderbilt Elementary PTA will be hosting this year’s most important fundraiser, PTA Parent’s Night Out.

This event helps to support the incredible Arts in Education programs that we are able to offer our students.  These programs include visiting artists, mobile science museums, theatre arts, physical education, and social emotional learning experiences. These programs are a highlight in our students' education and help to enhance their academic experience.  

We are hoping through the support of people and businesses such as yours, that we can make this event truly special.  During the course of the night, our guests will be given the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for various baskets.  The baskets will range in value; with the grand prize baskets valued in excess of $300.00. 

A donation of items, tickets, and/or gift certificates, to be used for raffles or prizes would be greatly appreciated.  In recognition of your donations, your name will be prominently displayed on all our literature for our guests to see and acknowledge.
