Our event is held outdoors and will facilitate a cornhole tournament that invites teams and spectators to both watch and play. We will have food trucks, a silent auction, and music for a fun evening to bring our community together to help raise money for our local little league. We are hoping to raise $10,000 to help with much-needed field improvements and replace baseball gear and equipment for our volunteer baseball coaches to use and borrow during the season. We have over 600 players in our league and currently sponsor two full teams for local underprivileged children in our community who have never played on a team sport before. This event will help close the financial gaps we face as a league to run our local little league program.
