Dear Friend of Sacred Heart School:

Sacred Heart School is planning its annual dinner auction and would like to ask for your support. For over 30 years Sacred Heart has hosted a Parents Night Out dinner auction, which has been one of the major fundraisers for the school year.

The last year we were able to accomplish our Parents Night out was in 2019 and we raised over $25,000 through sponsorships and donations for Sacred Heart School students.  This year’s event “It’s a Roaring Good Time,” with a Roaring 20’s theme, we hope to raise even more funds to help achieve our mission of updated 21st century classrooms in an ever-changing learning environment. Past generous support has helped fund school programs in technology, science, art, and classroom curriculum.

As a respected business in our community and supporter of education, we rely on friends like you to help us make this dinner auction a success. Much of our fundraising will be achieved through the Sponsorship Packages from individuals or businesses and/or silent and live auctions items.

Your donation can be in any of the following forms:

●        Physical merchandise or gift certificates for products and/or services for the silent auction

●        Purchasing a Sponsor Package

All donations are tax deductible. Your donations will be acknowledged at the event as well as prior and post-event publications. Please follow up with the committee to receive an Official Receipt form.
