Dear valued supporter,
We're writing to introduce ourselves as the Anaheim Hills Elementary School (AHES) PTA and to let you
know about our annual Parents Night Out and Auction fundraising event. We're excited to bring back this
popular event after a brief hiatus, and we hope you'll consider supporting us.
Our fundraising event will take place on Friday, February 23, 2024 from 6:00 pm- 11:00 pm at the Anaheim
Hills Golf Course. We are seeking donations for our silent and live auctions, and we hope you'll consider
contributing. Our goal this year is to build a stronger sense of community within the school and the
surrounding area, and we believe that your contribution can help make that happen.
Despite the challenges of today's economic climate and state budget cuts, the AHES PTA is committed to
providing the best possible learning experience and curriculum for our students. Fundraising is a top priority
for us because we believe that enrichment programs, such as technology, music, science, and physical
education, are crucial to providing a well-rounded education to our children.
Thanks to the generosity of community members like you, we've been able to accomplish a lot in recent
years. We've equipped our students with a new STEAM lab, MPR stage, and state-of-the-art furniture and
equipment for our library. We've also been able to offer music and art appreciation programs.
We're reaching out to you today because we believe that the success of our Parents Night Out and
Auction event depends on the generous support of local businesses and individuals like you. Please
consider contributing to our event by:
• Becoming an Event Sponsor (see attached)
• Offering gift certificates, products, admission tickets, prizes, or a monetary sponsorship for our
live, silent, or online auction
• Monetary donation to AHES PTA
As a contributor our event signage will recognize your business name and location. As a result, you will
gain valuable advertising and positive public relations in the community. The donation you make is fully
tax deductible. Our PTA is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization and is 90-0251996. Contributions are
deductible for federal and state income taxes.
