Dear Donor,   

I am writing on behalf of the Stuart R. Paddock Elementary School PTA, in Palatine, IL, to request a donation for our Parent Night Out School Fundraiser on February 23, 2024.  

 We will be hosting raffle tickets with door prizes where our parents who purchase tickets will have a chance to win Gift Certificates from various local merchants, such are yourself.  The money fundraised will be used to fund activities that directly support our children at the school, including STEAM events, assemblies, and educational experiences.

We would great appreciate a gift certification donation valid to your establishment in any dollar denomination of your choosing.  We are happy to provide you with a donation receipt letter with the PTA’s tax exempt ID number for your records should that help your decision-making process.
